The Telstra Road to Discovery is a music talent discovery event promoted by Australia's largest Telco. Musical acts were encouraged to apply and perform heats in pubs, clubs and universities around the country. Finalist were then chosen that would perform in larger, signature events in the capital cities. These events featured the up and coming artists along with more established and successful Australian artists such as Shannon Noll, Busby Marou and Harry Hookey.
